new track "ego deaf"

[my voice on vinyl}

This is the first example of my voice on vinyl. However, it's woven in the mix with the band's backing vocals on "I Hate Sports I Hate Kids I Hate You" -but still, it's there man.

Entire Boss DJ mixtape catalog now available for free download!!!

...Over 30 hours of mixtapes with the Boss DJs (Brad Writer, Darick Sater, Mike Stearns, Nick Geppert, and Kevin Alban) spinning records from their own collections using two turntables and a microphone. The dj sessions were recorded to a Nakamichi DR-2 cassette tape recorder; using the power of analog to absorb microphone feedback, low frequency rumbles, and spikes between record transitions.

brad writer misuser shocked by Killer Times

Photo courtesy of CLYDE HYDE. I wrote a song called “Shocked” and performed it with Misuser. Hott Fest June 23, 2012. I couldn’t hear myself too well amongst the drums and guitars, so I had to raise my pitch to match up- I read the lyrics cause there were too many words to remember.

The name of the album is "Escaping Carroll County" I wrote and recorded all the songs myself, and the tracks span several years of musical exploration. Circa 2005-2008. Click on the picture to go to my bandcamp and download the songs.
